Adolescent Mary Jane Usage Rising While Teen Alcohol Drinking Is Going Down

A new national publication illustrates that youth Pot usage is on the rise and teen alcohol consuming is dropping.

In the yearly survey, officials questioned 8th, 10th, and 12th graders spread across the country, and figured out that marijuana, ecstasy and heroine use is up.

They survey indicated that adolescents who smoke Marijuana on a regular basis has tripled in the last decade, but their perceived risk on the drug has declined.

The report also found that more teens smoke Marijuana than cigarettes.

A high school student tells that cigarettes are more difficult to obtain than pot, which is sad.

The rise in Pot use maybe because of the legalization of medical Mary Jane in some states.

The report also realized that prescription drug abuse is up.

The greatest way to fight this problem is through appropriate education on the issue.
